Americas Commercial Real Estate Announces New Hires

Americas Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce two new additions to their team: Broker Associate Yuri J Quispe, P.A., and Executive Assistant Christy Delgado. The new hires comes on the heels of the Miami-based commercial real estate firm changing its name and expanding its focus.
Yuri Quispe assumes the responsibility for leading Americas CRE’s growth in the northern region of Florida. He has field experience and transactions in different cities throughout the state, such as Tampa, Jacksonville, Broward, Palm Beach and Orlando. His experience reflects on his outstanding performance and unique leadership attributes including sales management and client relationships. This consolidation will bring a great advantage for Americas CRE’s clients by strengthening the integration of service across the state.
Prior to joining Americas CRE, Quispe was a top producer as a sales associate at KW Commercial and was also owner of a Brokerage firm. Yuri brings extensive experience in leasing, representing Tenants and Landlords of Industrial and Retail properties, both in the corporate and private industry. He is highly involved in the flooring supply business where he was a Regional Sales Manager for a major distributor, where he grew his sphere of influence with hundreds of business owners in different cities.
Christy Delgado brings over 5 years of Administrative Assistance experience. Christy works directly with the office broker, Alexander Bernaldo, assisting in the review and maintenance of company documents and records, as well as the facilitation and execution of administrative responsibilities. With a strong sense of organization and a keen attention to detail, she provides assistance to the organization at an exceptional executive level.
