BH Group, PEBB Enterprises Finalize 78,000-SF Law Firm Lease In Boca Raton

BH Group and PEBB Enterprises continue to attract major corporate tenants to The Eclipse mixed-use development in Boca Raton.

National law firm Kanner & Pintaluga, P.A. is the latest addition to the transformative mixed-use redevelopment’s office component, leasing 77,699 square feet across multiple floors of The Eclipse’s north office tower.

Founded in 2003, Kanner & Pintaluga specializes in personal injury law and property damage claims. It has a team of nearly 100 attorneys around the nation and has represented hundreds of thousands of clients throughout its history. The firm’s lease at The Eclipse (formerly known as 6600 N. Military Trail) consists of the north office tower’s entire second and fifth floors, and a small space on the first floor of the 207,384-square-foot building.

BH Group and PEBB are partnering on the office and retail components of The Eclipse. The companies are developing the residential component in partnership with Related Group.

The approved site plan encompasses over 405,000 square feet of office space in two buildings, four new retail and restaurant outparcel buildings totaling nearly 43,000 square feet, a nearly 37,000-square-foot luxury fitness facility and 500 multifamily units.

The 29-acre project site overlooks the Broken Sound Country Club’s golf course.

“We are close to finalizing leases with additional office tenants at The Eclipse,” BH Group’s Isaac Toledano said. “The demand to be in this true town center is incredible. Tenants recognize that nothing like The Eclipse exists in Boca Raton or nearby areas.”

Joe Freitas and John Criddle of CBRE are handling office leasing at The Eclipse on behalf of the development partnership.
