Blanca Awarded Leasing Of Landmark Office Campus

Fresh off the acquisition of one of South Florida’s most iconic properties, Miami-based Banyan Street Capital and Oaktree Capital Management of Los Angeles have selected Blanca Commercial Real Estate as the exclusive leasing agent for the Douglas Entrance Office Park in Coral Gables.
The landmark office campus, located at 800 S. Douglas Road, is a 467,325 square foot, five-building complex including a mix of Class A high-rise office towers, street-level retail, boutique office suites and event space.
News of Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s latest assignment at the Douglas Entrance Office Park follows Banyan and Oaktree’s recent acquisition of the asset from Chicago-based Pearlmark Real Estate Partners for nearly $101 million. The property enjoys a prestigious tenant roster that includes MasTec, Simply Healthcare and AECOM.
Spearheading leasing and marketing efforts for the Douglas Entrance Office Park on behalf of Blanca Commercial Real Estate will be Executive Vice President Juan Ruiz and Associate Vice President Alexander Cahlin.
