Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for two more office buildings in Miami-Dade County: the 101,144 square foot 8200 Doral building and the 161,905 square foot Courthouse Tower.
8200 Doral (formerly Royal Palm Doral Center III) is a four story office building in the heart of Doral, located at 8200 NW 41st Street. Courthouse Tower is a 25-story office building located at 44 West Flagler Street, directly across from the Miami-Dade County Courthouse in downtown Miami.
The new assignments grow Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s office leasing portfolio to 2.5 million rentable square feet.
Executive Vice President Juan Ruiz will spearhead leasing and marketing for both properties, alongside Executive Vice President Danet Linares at Courthouse Tower.
