CBRE Arranges 50,000 SF Lease For Healthcare Tech Company

CBRE arranged the lease of 50,000 square feet at 2200 SW 10th Street in Deerfield Beach.

Convey Health Solutions will expand its operations and hire approximately 500 employees from Deerfield Beach and surrounding communities when it opens its newest contact center on August 16.

“To support our client’s near-term growth, CBRE was able to undertake a comprehensive study of the impact a new center would have to existing business operations, coupled with an examination of the employee base and the potential to make the required new hires in a very tight time frame,” said Ryan Nunes, Associate, with CBRE Occupier Services. “Within a 90-day window, CBRE was able to successfully identify and negotiate operations and economic terms that met both short and long-term needs.”

Built in 1996, the property at 2200 SW 10th Street is owned by Fields Realty. Convey Health Solutions, which provides technology-enabled solutions for major health insurance companies, will also open its seventh contact center in Decatur, Illinois, later this month.
CBRE’s Scott Allen collaborated with Mr. Nunes in arranging the lease.
