Heim Closes 6,000 SF Deal In Sunrise

Stephen A. Heim, CCIM of NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. represented the tenant, Management Health Systems, Inc., in a recent lease transaction at the International Place II office building located at 1580 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway in Sunrise.
The medical staffing firm leased 5,932 SF of office space, bringing the 94,000sf, 4-story, Class A suburban office building to approximately 64% occupied.
The landlord was represented by Brett Rowley of Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC.
