One Biscayne Tower has just seen its largest lease of the year, according to Brian Gale, the Taylor & Mathis principal, who represented the owner.
Foley & Lardner, one of Miami’s most prominent law firms has signed a 36,531 square foot lease with One Biscayne Tower owner L&B Institutional Fund for $15 million.
This lease involves an early renewal of 25,480 square feet plus an additional 11,051 square foot expansion. Scott Strickland of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Foley in the 10-year transaction.
“Foley & Lardner is a well-respected, national law firm and we are thrilled with their continued expansion in Miami and specifically at One Biscayne Tower,” Gale said in a statement. “This deal brings the building occupancy to 86%.”
