Law Firm Inks Deal For Full Floor In Miami

ROIG Lawyers has completed an expansion at Courthouse Tower, located at 44 W. Flagler Street in Downtown Miami, less than a year after signing a 4,897 square foot lease deal at the building.  The firm will occupy a full floor, a total of 6,363 square feet.
Brian Ahearn, CCIM with South Florida Commercial Real Estate Advisors/Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, negotiated the lease on behalf of the law firm.
