Link Sells Off Sunrise Industrial Properties

Link Logistics has sold four industrial properties in Sunrise for a total of $205.5 million, with Elion Partners acquiring the assets.

The transaction included 791,618 square feet of space. According to the South Florida Business Journal, the largest deal was the sale of the 390,022-square-foot Marina West Business Center, located at 13800 NW 2nd Street, for $102.6 million. The property, which sits on a 22.5-acre site, was originally built in 2002 and had previously sold for $42.8 million in 2011.

Another notable sale was the 139,047-square-foot Sunrise Distribution Center at 14599 NW 8th Street, purchased for $37.95 million. This property, completed in 1995, occupies a 9.2-acre site.

Lastly, the 59,856-square-foot Sawgrass Center at 13801 NW 4th Street was sold for $15.35 million. Built in 1987, the property sits on a 3.8-acre lot.
