NAI Miami Secures $600,000+ Office/Warehouse Lease In Miami

NAI Miami announced today that Robert Eckstein negotiated, on behalf of the landlord 1970 Warehouse, a five-year, 9,500-square-foot office/warehouse lease. The lease is valued at well over $600,000.
The new tenant is Metal Improvement Company, LLC, a division of Curtis-Wright Corporation.
The building is located at 1940 Northwest 70th Avenue in Miami. Since 1945, Metal Improvement Company (MIC) has been a pioneer in the shot peening industry by continually advancing the state-of-the-art in customized shot peening equipment and shot peening techniques. Today, MIC operates 24 shot peening facilities in North America and 12 in Europe. Recently, MIC has added laser peening processes and special coating capabilities to their scope services.
