NAI Miami’s Spencer Young Receives CCIM Designation
NAI Miami announced that Spencer Young has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Designation.
A CCIM is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. To earn the designation, one must complete five courses, submit a portfolio of qualifying experience and pass the comprehensive exam. Of the more 150,000 commercial real estate professionals in the United States, only an estimated of 5% hold the CCIM designation.

Spencer has been with NAI Miami for 2 ½ years, specializing in retail leasing and investment sales on the South Dixie Highway corridor. He recently arranged the $1.7M sale of 9800 SW 77th Avenue and brought tenants such as Sherwin-Williams, OrthoNow, and Pincho Factory to the Pinecrest market.
