New LEED Gold Building Comes To Coral Gables

A brand new, LEED Gold certified 51,664-square-foot office and retail building has been completed at 777 SW 37th Avenue and SW 8th Street.
The class A property, known as the International Finance Bank Building, is represented exclusively by Colliers International South Florida Chairman – Founding Partner Donna Abood and Commercial Associate Matthew Anderson. The lead tenant, International Finance Bank, occupies approximately 25,000 square feet in the building.
The modern, eco-friendly building was designed by world renowned architect Nichols Brosh Wurst Wolfe and Associates, and has obtained LEED Gold certification by the US Green Building Council. Energy saving features include low or no-VOC materials and finishes for a healthy interior environment, extensive and innovative use of recycled materials, LEED preferred parking for fuel efficient vehicles, cool roof, high efficiency LED and fluorescent lighting and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
“We expect to lease the property fairly quickly, given its state-of-the-art development features and close proximity to Coral Gables, Brickell Avenue and Miami International Airport,” says Abood.
