New Office Building Coming To Boca Raton

A new office building has been proposed in Boca Raton to accommodate a growing company.
Dizengoff Boca Raton LLC, managed by Ronon Saban, filed the application with the city in December to build a 7-story, 120,000-square-foot office building at 900 Peninsula Corporate Circle. It acquired the 3.76-acre site out of foreclosure in 2010 for $1.35 million.
Chris Metzger of Cushman & Wakefield represents the landowner, who also listed the property for sale, asking $3.9 million. Metzger said the property already has approval for 81,892 square feet of office space, but the owner was approached by a local company that wants a new 120,000-square-foot facility there. It would have structured parking, he added.
 

“It’s a user that would buy the site for their own facility,” said Metzger, who didn’t name the company. “They are in Boca Raton presently and bursting at the seems and need a new facility.”

Metzger said it’s a great location for an office because it’s near the Congress Avenue exit of Interstate 95. It’s right across from the SBA Communications building.

Metzger said he’s confident the company would move forward with its expansion plans if the city approves the project.
