Office Depot HQ Fetches $274 Per SF
Hub Properties Trust, a Massachusetts-based real estate investment trust, purchased the Office Depot headquarters in Boca Raton for $171 million, according to Palm Beach County Court records.
Flagler and retirement fund TIAA-CREF jointly developed the 625,000sf build-to-suit property 2 years ago for $210 million. Office Depot has a 15-year lease.
