National real estate development firm PMG announced the commencement of leasing for office space at 400 Biscayne within the Society Biscayne mixed-use tower in Downtown Miami. The full 11th and 12th floors are now available for commercial lease and custom build out. PMG will also relocate its Miami headquarters to the 13th floor of the development, which is slated for completion in Q4 2021.
Ericka Witkowski, Founder and Principal of Witko Group, will lead the leasing efforts.

Located in the 49-story Society Biscayne, which will be home to a highly anticipated lobby cocktail bar and restaurant by the team behind local favorite Jaguar Sun, as well as a sparkling new First United Methodist Church of Miami, each floor at 400 Biscayne offers a 16,086 square feet floor plate for up to 32,172 square feet of contiguous space. The office space features panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in an iconic Downtown Miami location next to the Freedom Tower and directly across from the newly minted FTX (formerly American Airlines) Arena.

Part of PMG’s Society Living portfolio, Society Biscayne broke ground in June 2019 and is being developed in partnership with Toronto-based real estate private equity firm Greybrook Realty Partners. The 882,000-square-foot project will include 646 rental apartments and 2,500 square feet of ground floor retail.
