Resortwear Manufacturer Inks Deal For 56,000 SF

Otto Travieso of Real Capital Partners LLC announced the completion of an industrial lease transaction for 55,750 square feet at 3100 NW 74th Ave, located in the Miami Airport West area.

Travieso represented the tenant, The Cromer Company, a leading apparel, swimwear, footwear and soft goods manufacturer and distributor in the gift and souvenir industry, in the 7-year lease deal.

The assignment to represent The Cromer Company to find a light manufacturing facility between 45,000 to 60,000 sf began approximately two years ago.  The group toured nearly 25 properties before the right property was found.  The South Florida Industrial market remains extremely tight and competitive with rates going up almost weekly at times over the last two years.

The property is gated with ample parking and 4 dock positions including one ramp position. The Landlord will do some improvements and delivery is expected within the next 60-90 days.

Sebastian Juncadella and Jose Juncadella of Fairchild Partners represented the Landlord in the transaction, a limited liability company affiliated with institutional owner Seagis Property Group.
