Seagis Picks Up Miami Industrial Building

Adler Realty Services recently brokered the sale of a 30,096 square-foot multi-tenant industrial building to Seagis Property Group LP.
The building is located at 150 NW 176th Street in Miami Gardens and has two national tenants, Fastenal Company and Flowers Foods.
Adler Realty Services’ Senior Director Jesus Cortes represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.  Adler Realty Services has been selected to exclusively lease the building and Jesus Cortes will lead leasing efforts for the assignment on behalf of Seagis.
