Southeast Financial Inks Lease With New-To-Florida Law Firm

Southeast Financial Center inked a new lease with legal services firm Butler & Hosch for 11,000 square feet

Butler & Hosch, a preeminent provider of legal services to the mortgage banking industry, chose Southeast Financial Center for its first foray into Miami. A 30 year old law firm that offers services in the states of Florida, Texas, Louisiana, South Carolina and Mississippi, the firm is the Fannie Mae designated counsel in Florida and Louisiana.
“The significance of the firm’s work and its impact on the State made having a presence in Miami crucial.
Butler & Hosch sought a location that had a longstanding reputation for housing the area’s top businesses, creating synergistic potential within their business development,” said Donald Cartwright, Senior Vice President with Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr. Cartwright along with Jones Lang LaSalle Vice President Nicole Vassilaros are the exclusive leasing agents for Southeast Financial Center.
This recent deal marks the 14th law firm to sign a lease at the property in the last 12 months; Southeast Financial Center’s legal tenant base comprises more than ¼ of the building.
“The continued interest of professional service companies to take root within our city points to a positive indicator for a South Florida economic recovery,” Mr. Cartwright added.
