Steve Hyatt, Senior Vice President at Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International, represented the seller in the $1,349,000 sale of a 5,867-square-foot industrial warehouse property at 3034 NE 12 Terrace in Oakland Park.

The property, situated on a 0.26-acre site, was sold by 3034 Seafood, LLC to BRBS LLC on April 16. The buyer was represented by William Bonomo of Level Realty.

Hyatt represented the seller in the transaction, which involved a small-bay warehouse building with outside storage, a feature that continues to draw strong interest from both owner-users and investors in South Florida’s tightly constrained industrial market.

The buyer acquired the property to relocate and expand its cabinet-making operation, underscoring continued demand from businesses seeking functional industrial space that can support both operations and growth.
