The deals bring the industrial center to 100% occupied.
Pompano Crown LLC purchased the buildings with plans to renovate and re-lease the currently vacated space.
The firm will be relocating from its current location at 200 East Broward Boulevard.

In business for 23 years with offices located in Fort Lauderdale, Miramar and Boynton Beach, Berger Commercial Realty currently leases and manages the 100,316-square-foot, 7-story Class A office building, soon to be the new home of the company.
The tenant is a full-service moving, delivery, storage, and warehousing company.
The landlord, Prologis, was represented by Tom O’Loughlin of CBRE.
