The Class A logistics campus will feature two state-of-the-art buildings totaling more than 182,000 square feet. Construction is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
The 36,998-square-foot assemblage at 3350 Biscayne Blvd. has existing zoning approvals for a 172-unit high-rise development.
The building is leased to a mix of 25 office and retail tenants.
The lease was facilitated by Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International’s Senior Vice President Keith R. Graves, CCIM, SIOR, and Vice President Lawrence Oxenberg, who represented Solotech in this transaction.
The new agreement secures 83,793 square feet of space, which includes an expansion of 14,560 square feet.

In addition to leasing and marketing the project on behalf of the landlord, Berger Commercial Realty facilitated the sale of the land to Bridge Industrial for development in 2019.
Other lease deals recently executed in the building total 27,157 square feet.
An engineering services company will occupy the space, relocating from its offices at 910 SE 17th St. in Fort Lauderdale.
The $353-per-square-foot transaction far surpassed the current $225-per-square-foot market average for office investment sales.
