Danny Finkle, Eric Williams, Jorge Portela, Ike Ojala and Kim Flores of JLL’s Miami office represented the seller, and John Crotty and Michael T. Fay of the Avison Young’s Miami office consulted with both parties on the transaction.
Sebastian Juncadella and Jose Juncadella of Fairchild Partners are marketing the project for lease on behalf of Seagis, which expects to deliver the property by the end of the year.
The deals are valued at over $55 million.
All Florida Paper will occupy the entire 226,698 square foot building.
Ryder Logistics relocated and expanded its third-party logistics operations to Cabot Miramar from Seneca Park in Pembroke Pines, where it previously occupied ±80,000 square feet. The company will take occupancy immediately.
The park will eventually span more than 1.3 million square feet of space.
The deals are valued at over $25 million.
