He will replace former market lead Rod Barnes, who retired in December after a successful 15-year tenure at JLL.

The property was acquired as part of Stiles’ recently announced acquisitions strategy, which targets value-add retail properties in Florida. A detailed renovation is scheduled to begin early 2025.

With a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, marketing, and communications, she joins Altman from her previous role at JLL where she worked in office leasing, property marketing and client relations.
The lease deals drive total occupancy in the trophy office complex to 95 percent.
