In this expanded role, Rodriguez will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of CBRE’s Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices. He will also continue to oversee the company’s industrial platform across South Florida.
Throughout his extensive career, he has facilitated numerous transactions with a wide range of multifamily stakeholders, including national and regional developers, institutional investors, REITs, insurance companies, high-net-worth individuals, and opportunity funds.
Over the past decade, he has built his career as a market-leading brokerage professional specializing in industrial landlord and tenant representation and has completed industrial sale and lease transactions valued at more than $2 billion.
The team has closed over $25 billion in multifamily transactions.
They will serve as Senior Vice Presidents in the Miami office, representing office tenants.
