Wells Fargo now occupies two floors totaling approximately 45,000 square feet at Tricera’s 1675 Midtown office building following a 19,000-square-foot lease expansion.
Gatsby Florida, a division of New York City-based family investment firm Gatsby Enterprises, plans to break ground on PGA Tower in Q2 2023 with opening slated for Q4 2024.
Jon Blunk, Laurel Oswald, Constance Thomas and Cristina Glaria of TCRE are leading the office leasing efforts at the four-story office building.
The leases include six new-to-market tenants, two market relocations and numerous lease renewals and expansions, Laurel Oswald, Jon Blunk and Cristina Glaria of TCRE exclusively represent the landlord, Alliance HP.
“Despite the many challenges our world has been facing due to the pandemic, the commercial real estate industry is booming, and South Florida is a top destination for business relocation,” said Christopher Thomson, the 2022 president.
