The Fitzgerald Group’s Adam P. Von Romer, CCIM Negotiates Deerfield Beach Warehouse Sale

The Fitzgerald Group Senior Investment Associate Adam P. Von Romer, CCIM represented Joseph Romani, Inc. in the sale of 147-165 and 167-185 SW 15^th Street in Deerfield Beach.

The 1967 and 1968-built property consists of two conjoined 7,000-square-foot buildings situated on a 36,423-square-foot lot, which are occupied by several local tenants.

A local real estate investment firm purchased the asset for $2.5 million. The transaction closed April 14.

Joseph Romani, Inc. has owned the property since 1980.
