Blanca Commercial Real Estate negotiated the sale of Airport East Industrial Center (AEIC).
The property sold for $6.8 million.
Blanca CRE Executive Vice President Cary Cohen represented the seller, Widel LTD, in the transaction. The property was sold to Pyramid 7420, LLC.
