Digital Media Company Inks 5,000 SF Deal In Doral

Spanish language digital media company El Aeropuerto has leased 5,000 square feet of Class-A office space at One Park Square in Doral.
The 281,785 square foot building, located at 3470 NW 82nd Avenue, is owned by Boston-based real estate investment manager New Boston Fund.
El Aeropuerto joins tenants Amadeus North America, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Svitzer Caribbean and the Latin Grammy’s.
One Park Square is represented by Tere Blanca and Danet Linares of Blanca Commercial Real Estate.
