Cushman & Wakefield Signs Fortune 50 Food Distributor As First Tenant At Bridge Point Doral

Cushman & Wakefield signed a Fortune 50 food distributor as the first tenant at the state-of-the-art Bridge Point Doral development in Miami’s Airport West submarket.

The tenant will occupy 131,411 square feet of space in Building 6 upon its completion in mid-2024.

Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez, Skylar Stein, and Ivanna Leitner Perez of Cushman & Wakefield represented the developer and owner, Bridge Industrial, in the lease negotiations. Jeff Hartsook and Adam Talbot of CRESA represented the tenant.

Last July, Cushman & Wakefield was awarded the leasing assignment for Bridge Point Doral and has since been overseeing leasing efforts for both speculative and build-to-suit development. Bridge Point Doral is a 175-acre land parcel that is being developed into a premier industrial park delivering more than 2.6 million square feet. Construction is underway on Phase 1 comprising 1.2 million square feet with the first buildings scheduled for 2024 deliveries.

“We are pleased to continue our long-term relationship with Bridge and work together to identify tenants for this project located on the last large development parcel in the Doral/Airport market. Signing our first lease with such an established and prominent company solidifies our location, value, and product type,” said Ramoski, Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield.

Aaron Hirschl, Vice President of Bridge Industrial, added, “We’re thrilled to welcome such a distinguished Fortune 50 company as our inaugural tenant at Bridge Point Doral. We have enjoyed working with Cushman & Wakefield, and we look forward to many more leases in what will be the premier Miami Business Park.”

Bridge Point Doral sits in the heart of Doral’s Central Business District on the Southwest corner of NW 107th Ave. and NW 41st St. Housing multiple subdivisible buildings, the project is designed to accommodate numerous tenant sizes and uses up to 1.4 million square feet. Amenities include planned retail/food options on site, increased ceiling heights, private truck courts, trailer drops and rear or cross-dock loading. The park also offers immediate access to the Florida Turnpike and State Road 836, and last mile access to Miami International Airport, Port Miami, and Miami’s Central Business District.
