C&W's South Florida Industrial Team Inks 52,000 SF Lease

Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated a new 52,326-square-foot industrial warehouse lease for PODS Enterprises, Inc. on behalf of its client, Weeks Robinson Properties, at its brand new industrial warehouse located at 4000 N Dixie Highway in Pompano Beach.

“Weeks Robinson and their development partner, Mainstream Investment Realty, have developed a state-of-the-art industrial product in an area lacking in new construction” Rick Etner of C&W said. “Additionally, being the only new industrial development east of I-95 opens doors to executive bedroom communities and immediately accessible labor.”
