DentaQuest To Relocate To Doral, Doubles Space

DentaQuest will more than double its office space with a move to Doral.

Cresa Managing Partner John Marshall and his staff advised the dental benefits administrator on its move from 2100 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in Coral Gables to the Trenton Building at 8300 N.W. 53rd St. in the Downtown Doral project.

Fairchild Partners’ Tony Puente represented landlord Codina Partners.

Boston-based DentaQuest will increase its Miami market footprint to 22,878 square feet from 10,200 once it moves during the fourth quarter. Marshall said the company needs that extra room so it can expand from 60 employees to 120.

“Miami is one of DentaQuest’s strongest markets for growth due to the bilingual workforce,” he said. “The space at the Trenton Building gives DentaQuest access to a strong employee base and room to grow.”

Marshall said the live/work/play concept of Downtown Doral excited the company.
