Groden & Kelly Bring 14,000SF Deal To Pompano Beach

Cushman & Wakefield of South Florida, Inc. announced today the completion of a 14,496-square-foot lease transaction for tire company Solideal USA, Inc. at Powerline Park, spearheaded by Executive Director Sky Groden.
The industrial facility is located at 2205 Northwest 30th Place in Pompano Beach, Florida.
Groden, who handled more than 1,376,424 square feet of industrial lease transactions in 2011, represented the landlord, and Jeff Kelly of CBRE represented the tenant, Solideal USA, Inc. The tenant, who is relocating from their current location at 6670 White Drive in Riviera Beach, plans to occupy the space this month.
The transaction price was not disclosed.
