Konigsberg Leases 18,000 SF Former Charter School

J. D. Marble and Tile has opened an additional showroom and warehouse facility for their marble and ceramic tile bathroom and kitchen products.
They  leased 17,905 square feet of former charter school space at 7878 NW 103^rd Street in Hialeah Gardens for  5 years and 1 month.
Adjacent tenants in this building, located across the Palmetto Expressway from Westland Mall and across the street from the Mater Academy are ESR Performance, Cosentino USA and Maaco Auto Body.
