Miami Association Of Realtors Purchases Building For West Broward Presence

Infinity Commercial Real Estate orchestrated the $1,430,000 purchase of a free-standing  office building in Sawgrass International Park for its West Broward Center.
Former location of Accelogic, and orginally an outparcel to Don Carter Lanes,  the  facility is located at 13680 NW 14^th Street, Sunrise, Florida, and consists of a 6,675 square foot building on 56,431 square feet of land.
Ted Konigsberg and John Dohm  represented the Buyer, The Miami Association of Realtors,  and Joe Pelayo of Total Real Estate Consultants represented the Landlord, Fonseca Realty, LLC.
The transaction closed on August 20, 2012, and the Broward Council of the Miami Association of Realtors is planning their Grand Opening of the facility by mid-December.
