The recent leasing activity includes a 150,181-square-foot lease in Building A to an aviation maintenance provider specializing in jet engine repair and maintenance, a packaging company focused on plastic bottle manufacturing, leased 73,467 square feet in Building B, and the remaining 24,288 square feet available in Building C was leased by a Brazilian shoe manufacturer.
Stream’s Managing Directors and Executive Vice Presidents Nick Wigoda and Steve Medwin will lead the leasing efforts on behalf of ownership.
Ted Elam, Principal at Foundry Commercial, will serve as president for the distinguished real estate organization, known for its comprehensive industrial, office, and real estate finance reports.
The park offers 344,940 square feet of purpose-built industrial space engineered for the region’s booming distribution and logistics needs.
The transaction included 791,618 square feet of space.
The facility was sold by Elion Partners and acquired by Link Logistics.
The Class A infill industrial portfolio consists of seven buildings totaling 677,789 square feet.
The $90 million project is expected to be completed in 18 months.
