Tere Blanca's Shop Awarded Exclusive For 396 Alhambra

Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 396 Alhambra, a mixed-use office and retail development underway in the heart of the Coral Gables Business District. The 396 Alhambra Office project totals 273,000 square feet, including 30,000 square feet of prime ground-floor retail and restaurant space. Additionally, it has an attached eight-story parking garage. The property’s 7-story South Tower totals 87,000 square feet and will be ready for occupancy in April 2011. The 156,000 square foot, 15-story North Tower is presently under construction and will be completed by fourth quarter 2011. The project’s ground floor retail and restaurant space will be ready for occupancy this April.
The appointment of Blanca Commercial Real Estate follows that of Oak Hill Advisors, whose principal, Darryl Robinson, has relocated to Houston, Texas, and with whom Blanca Commercial Real Estate has worked closely in the past.
Blanca Commercial Real Estate Executive Vice President David Valdez will spearhead marketing and leasing for 396 Alhambra, with the support of Executive Vice President Danet Linares and Associate Andres del Corral.
