The Easton Group Announces 3 New Tenants At Recently Acquired Office Building In Doral

Just five months after acquiring an eight-story office building in Doral, The Easton Group announces three new leases totaling 14,201 square feet, or approximately 10% of the total rentable space.

Grupo Eulen, a global company that offers facility management and airline services, leased 6,026 square feet. Adam and Zachary Talbot of Cresa represented Grupo Eulen.

Vanderweil Engineers, one of the U.S.’s largest independently owned engineering firms, leased 5,160 square feet. Peyton Dowd of Avison Young represented Vanderweil.

Trust Lending, a mortgage firm focused on residential lending, leased 3,015 square feet. Jake Weiss of Easton & Associates, Easton Group’s leasing division, represented the tenant.

The 141,246-square-foot Offices at Doral Square, located at 8600 NW 36th Street in the heart of Doral, was constructed in 1984 and recently underwent a $10 million facelift by the previous owner. The Easton Group acquired the asset in late December 2023.

“We have seen significant activity at the property since our acquisition,” says Easton & Associates Vice President Andrew Easton, who represents the landlord. “We expect this to continue as the office supply in Doral continues to shrink, ultimately pushing rents higher in the area.”
