Flagler Closes $2.5 Million Deal
Flagler Real Estate Services, LLC (FRES), Flagler’s brokerage and property management arm, has recorded a new ten-year, 28,818-square-foot lease valued at $2.5 million that introduces Quick Shipping – a logistics company specializing in deliveries to Central America – as the latest tenant to the Beacon Centre commercial park in Doral.
