Peter D. Reed and George Sacks, principals of Boca Raton-based Commercial Florida Realty Services, announced the sale of Chase Bank Building at 555 N. Congress Ave., Boynton Beach.
The 19,791sf, three-story building is on a 2.2-acre outparcel at the northwest corner of Congress Avenue and the east entrance road to the Boynton Beach Mall. The professional office complex sold for $1,700,000.
Terranova Secures $13M LexisNexis Lease
Terranova Corp. announced that LexisNexis has signed a 10-year lease renewal at Meridian Commercial Office Complex at 6601 Park of Commerce Boulevard in Boca Raton. Terranova Senior Commercial Associate Gordon Messinger represented the landlord in the 61,524sf transaction valued at more than $13 million.
