In this expanded role, Rodriguez will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of CBRE’s Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices. He will also continue to oversee the company’s industrial platform across South Florida.
Over the past decade, he has built his career as a market-leading brokerage professional specializing in industrial landlord and tenant representation and has completed industrial sale and lease transactions valued at more than $2 billion.
The tenant will occupy 131,411 square feet of space in Building 6 upon its completion in mid-2024.
Gian Rodriguez, Wayne Ramoski, and Skylar Stein of Cushman & Wakefield will oversee leasing efforts for both speculative and build-to-suit development on behalf of the developer and owner, Bridge Industrial.
All Florida Paper will occupy the entire 226,698 square foot building.

He will join the firm’s Miami-based Office Agency Leasing team consisting of Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman, Jeannette Mendoza and Lena Weeks.
