Transwestern’s South Florida office today announced the signing of 21,753 square feet of leases at Miami Tower, The 618,990-square foot, 47-story Class “A” Tower located at 100 S.E. 2nd Street.
The tower continues to attract the vibrant trend of law firms seeking a prominent downtown address. The recent lease transactions included:
• Diaz Reus & Targ, LLP, an international law firm which provides comprehensive legal services to U.S.-based and global clients, has signed a long-term lease renewal and expansion of 5,027 square feet for a total of 14,544 square feet. Relocating and expanding within the building for a full-floor presence of its headquarters on the 34th floor, Diaz Reus & Targ also has offices in Orlando, Shanghai, Frankfurt, Bogotá, Caracas, Mexico City, Panama, Buenos Aires, Santiago, and Sao Paulo.
• Diaz, Briscoe, Medina, PA, a newly formed law firm focused on first-party insurance coverage, has signed a new long-term lease for 4,624 square feet on the 33rd floor.
• Brickell Asset Management LLC, an aviation leasing company, has signed a 2,585 square foot long-term lease renewal.
